I was born and raised in the might metropolis called Valdosta, GA (I’m sure you’ve vacationed there many times 
). Though it’s a smaller town, I’ve always been proud to say I’m from there and feel like I was blessed to grow up there. It’s been nicknamed “Winnersville” over the years. There is a huge sports tradition and winning spirit there and some of the best high school football you’ll ever see. With being able to compete at Lowndes High School and our crosstown rival Valdosta High (the winningest high school in the country), I got to experience better support, facilities, and winning tradition than most athletes ever get to, even at the collegiate level.
Anyways it’s good to see that ESPN has recognized Valdosta as one of the top cities in America for the coveted “Titletown, USA.” Valdosta made the cut as one of the Final Top 20 list of cities in the country including Boston, New York, Los Angeles, among others.
