“Body By Buck” Bootcamp

This is an outdoor fitness camp with other highly motivated individuals where we will get your body working for you, get a lot done in a short amount of time and take your fitness to another level.

We won’t be on cardio machines reading magazines, taking long trips to the water fountain, sweating to the oldies, or spending a whole workout just dedicated to one body part.  Those aren’t the things that are going to help transform your body.

We will work hard, sweat, burn fat, build muscle and boost your metabolism while having fun and improving your overall health. Bootcamp will provide motivation, camaraderie, accountability, variety/change (no more mundane, boring workouts), nutritional advice, affordable personal training, and opportunities to push yourself further than you ever thought possible.

So who am I?

My name is Buck Buhler and I want to help you reach your goals.  And I’m not just a guy that works out.  Fitness has been a part of my life for a long time.  I’m actually a Certified Personal Trainer (more credentials).  And this isn’t just book knowledge I’m passing on that I learned while getting a degree.  Fitness is a way of life for me and these are principles I have used for years on myself and countless others.  Don’t just take my word for it.  Here’s a few testimonials:

What’s a sample class like?

Warmup/cool-down, stretching, bodyweight exercises, weight training, kettlebells, bands, fitness games, running, circuits, agility drills, intense cardio, relays, flexibility, core, etc. Workouts will vary and increase in difficulty with time but will be accommodated for all fitness levels.  Here’s a sample video:

JANUARY BOOTCAMP Details:

What: Outdoor Fitness Bootcamp that meets multiple times per week for 45 minutes on MWF.  That’s 12 sessions in all for January.

When: Early Morning - 12 sessions beginning Wed. Jan 7th through Mon. Feb 2nd from 5:45am-6:30am

Cost: 4 weeks for a total of 12 sessions plus 1 teaser = $185.

Normally an hour long personal training/fitness coaching session with me could cost over $70.  So 3 days a week for 4 weeks could cost around $900.  This program can save you a ton of money from what it would cost to be a private client of mine while giving you the benefits of training with a group.  So for the price of 2 sessions with a trainer, you can get 12, not to mention, you don’t have to pay for a gym membership.  And a bootcamp in a gym would easily cost 2 or 3 times this plus a gym membership.
