One report showed the top 5 leading sources of calories (energy dense) in our society today are:
- high sugared drinks/beverages (sodas, juice, sweet tea, etc)
- cakes/sweet rolls/danishes
- hamburgers
- pizza
- potato chips
No wonder America is the “heaviest” it’s been in history. Not only are we eating this but exercising less. Where do you fall on this list? Trying to tone up or lose weight or just add some lean mass? Replace these foods with healthier/less energy dense foods. More on that soon…
