Here’s a quick way to easily eliminate some fat/calories from your diet. Ever opened up some type of canned food when it’s cold?  What happens?  Or poured some canned soup in a pot and noticed all the oil floating on top?  If not, try it.

Many canned foods have some extra saturated(bad) fat in them that you can easily get rid of.  One easy way to do this is to lower the temperature/stick it in the refrigerator.  This includes canned soups, chili, gravies, meats, and other canned foods containing saturated fat.  When you do this, the fat hardens at the top and then you can just scrape it off and throw it away. It’s an easy way to eliminate some unnecessary calories and unhealthy fats from your diet.  Remember every calorie counts.
