Your plan for 2012…

Well 2011 flew by.  Now it’s time to reflect back on the previous year. So how did you do?? You know Einstein once said “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.”

So if you didn’t reach your goals…then figure out what needs to change.  Think about it right now.

Here are a few things I’ve found that are critical for me to be successful long-term with health and fitness:

  • Clear Goals
  • Results Based Expertise
  • Short Efficient Workouts
  • Social Support/Accountability
  • Group Training
  • Variety

 

So go ahead and set your goals for 2012 now.  Where do you want to be by this time next year?

Don’t make them too easy.  They need to be challenging yet simple and realistic.

Now break them down into quarterly and even monthly goals.  This will help keep you on track along the way.

Goal setting is no good if you don’t have any application.  So what is your first action step? Decide today.
