_sl56129 (1) Buck Buhler started B3 Fitness (formerly Body By Buck) in 2008 in order to be able to help more people reach their fitness goals and change their lives.  He is passionate about encouraging others and challenging them to reach their potential and ultimately live a better lifestyle/have a better quality of life.  What better way to do that than through fitness and relationships with people.

Buck has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry as an athlete (football and collegiate wrestler), strength and conditioning coach, bootcamp & crossfit coach and personal trainer. He has worked with a variety of clients including both males and females, children and senior adults, sedentary obese clients & fit athletes. This includes Professional and NCAA Division 1 & 2 athletes in numerous sports (football, basketball, wrestling, baseball, volleyball, tennis, golf, etc) and firefighters and police officers (He was previously a firefighter with the Charlotte Fire Department). Buck regularly does bootcamp and crossfit workouts and recently competed in both the Marine Mud Run and Crossfit Regionals (2 years).

Besides fitness and helping others develop and reach their potential, Buck works for Elevation Church overseeing their Facilities, Security and Fitness and Wellness Program. He regularly leads bootcamps and health/fitness challenges for the staff. He loves Elevation and is thankful to be a part of what God is doing there. For fun, he is a die hard college football fan (Go UGA Dawgs & UM Wolverines).  And most importantly, he’s blessed with his beautiful wife, Rachel, Hannah Beth (5), Beau (3) and Levi (1)!  He looks forward to helping you change your life.

Rachel Buhler is married to Buck and they have  two wonderful kids. Rachel has been in the fitness industry for the past 10 years and has experience in bootcamps, crossfit, group fitness, personal training, and nutrition coaching. She loves pursuing performance goals by trying new things and pushing herself achieve them as well as encouraging others to do the same. Rachel is committed to getting her clients results and loves motivating and educating people about all aspects of living a healthy lifestyle including the most important…nutrition!

Mike Monday 

Mike has been involved in athletics and fitness throughout his life.  In high school he was a soccer player and pole vaulter on the track team.  Mike went on to the the United States Air Force where he competed in the Peacekeeper Challenge competitions in weapons, tactics and obstacle course.  Mike was selected for the all Air Force team two years in a row and went on to compete with all other branches of the U.S. military as well as multiple ally country military branches accross the globe.  Mike regularly participates in bootcamps and has become a trainer/certified bootcamp instructor. Mike truly enjoys motivating people to accomplish their fitness goals no matter what level they are in their fitness journey.

Trenton Harrison

Trenton has been involved in athletics throughout his life, and enjoys participating in nearly any sport. In high school he competed in football, basketball, track, and baseball. Following high school, he continued his football career at Coe College where he played as a corner and on special teams. He regularly participates in bootcamp at Body By Buck and became a trainer/certified bootcamp instructor shortly after joining. His favorite thing about training is helping people push past their mental and physical limitations to reach new levels with their fitness accomplishments.
